While we hope for beautiful skies and perfect temperatures, we all know that mother natures has a mind of her own. Typically June in Charlotte calls for warm temperatures and bright skies.

We have chosen an amazing venue that can accommodate our wedding to their covered patio in the event of rain. For severe weather disruptions, we will plan to move everything indoors to the reception space.

Charlotte and surrounding areas have many beautiful AirBnb's and VRBOs. We also have hotels that have rooms blocked out for our wedding located under the "travel" tab across the top menu.

If you are flying in from out of town, the Charlotte Douglas Airport is the closest airport. Once you are in the area, plug in the venue into your phone's GPS! We also strongly encourage guests to take an Uber or Lyft to our wedding. Note: once you RSVP that you are coming to our wedding, we will communicate our venue location with you.

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographers will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

A link will be shared with digital copies of the photos once we get them back from our photographer.
